Kompetar is operated by Vynapse (vynapse.ai). By creating an account or using Kompetar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Kompetar is a web-based competitive intelligence platform that monitors publicly accessible competitor web pages, detects meaningful changes, uses AI to classify and summarize those changes, and delivers alerts via Slack and email.
The service is provided on a subscription basis with workspace-level limits on the number of competitors and pages that can be monitored.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
AI-generated summaries and classifications produced by the service are provided for your internal business use. You may use these outputs in your own reports and decision-making.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. For paid plans, we will provide at least 30 days notice before discontinuing core functionality.
Kompetar uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to analyze, classify, and summarize competitor changes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or misinterpretations.
AI outputs are provided as informational summaries, not as business advice. You are responsible for verifying information and making your own business decisions based on the insights provided.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record on behalf of Vynapse. Charges on your bank or card statements will appear as Vynapse or Paddle.
Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrades may result in loss of access to features or data that exceed the limits of the new plan.
We offer refunds if the platform does not deliver the core functionality as described on our website and documented in our help resources. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to support@kompetar.com with a detailed explanation of how the Service failed to meet its advertised capabilities.

You may close your account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
